Happy Mother's Day to my mom, who made me a Cubs fan; to my sister, Mandy, who is enjoying her second Mother's Day; and to all the other mothers out there. Hopefully the Cubs will bust out the big (pink) bats today and get a win!

Thank you! Unfortunately, the Cubs didn't do as we had hoped. I was ready to take credit for a victory because I found my "Believe" bracelet and right after I put it on, the Cubs had a 3-2 lead. I rock! But then, the all-too familiar happened and I no longer rocked, nor did the Cubs. There are (too many)times I'm apologizing to you for making you a Cubs fan....
